For the 2024 school year, La MAISEL SudParis will be able to offer accommodation to the students who meet

1 – to the award criteria validated by the Board of Directors.

Requests are made online and are processed on a  “first come – first served”.

They are validated according to the allocation criteria, within the limits of the quotas allocated by the Board of Directors and our availability.

A guarantor (natural person) is required for all admission, the VISALE system is not accepted.

Guarantors not residing in France are accepted under the conditions of the Declaration of commitment form for a  Personal & joint guaranee  to be completed.

The contractual duration of accommodation extends by default until the course end date of the school year for students in intitial training, or the end date of the course for certain specialized training courses.

An extension of the occupancy period is possible until August 14.

2 – Apply for accommodation according to your school curriculum

Depending on the terms of your admission, you will formalize your request by choosing your current situation.

To be able to benefit from accommodation and  reserve it.

Your reservation will only be confirmed after you have paid €200 as a deposit.

3 – Membership of MAISEL SudParis

If your request is accepted, a file must be submitted on the day of your arrival at La MAISEL SudParis.

4. For the day of your arrival

You will still have a few formalities to complet and finalize your request :

• provide the documents requested when you join
• pay your security deposit of €600
• sign your membership contract

From then on, your membership will become effective and you will be able to take possession of your accommodation.
