This procedure only concerns the following international students who wish to be accommodated at MAISEL SudParis for th start of the 2024 school year :

• TSP :
  Master of Science
  Exchange
  Specialized Master
  National Master’s Diploma (EECIP M1)

You are a 1st year student and you meet one of the award criteria for accommodation at MAISEL SUDPARIS.

You also took the time to find out about :  

• membership in the MAISEL SUDPARIS Association
• rents & payments
• rates per building depending on the accomodation.

You can therefore depending on the opening dates for reservations below, reserv your accommodation on line.
Before clicking, check that you have your credit card on hand to be able to pay the €200 deposit.
The automatic reservation system will not wait for you to search for your credit card, it will automatically cancel your reservation request if it takes too long between choosing your accomodation and paying the deposit.
Your reservation will only be confirmed after you have paid €200 as a deposit.
An email will be sent to you and you will then be able to collect your reservation certificate and your guarantor commitment certificate form form.

To finalize your reservation, don’t forget to complete the formalities and report the day of your arrival :

•  the requested documents from the membership file
• pay your security deposit of €600 by check, credit card or in cash
• sign your membership contract
• If you wish to have your payments automatically debied, complete the SEPA form

From then on, your membership will become effective and you will be able to take possession of your accomodation.
