Your demand for admission to La MAISEL SudParis has been accepted; as a part of our agreement with ENSIIE, a studio in building U6 wish is near your school is offered to you (type 17 to 18,5 m² or 18,5 to 20 m² depending on our availability, the choice is not possible. See rates).

Please follow the 3 steps of the following procedure to establish your membership and reserve your accommodation :

1- CONSTITUTION OF THE FILE

MANDATORY

1. Download and complete the Declaration of commitment of a personal and joint guarantor (1)
2. Attach a photocopy of your guarantor’s identity document.
3. If you are a minor, download and complete the Disclaimer
4. Provide a document justifying your admission to ENSIIE
5. Make a check for  €600 corresponding to the security deposit payable to La MAISEL SudParis (2)
6. Provide a RIB
7. Provide a home insurance certificate (address : 5 Clos de la Cathedrale – 91000 EVRY COURCOURONNES)
8. If you wish to pay your fees by direct debit, download the SEPA Direct Debit Mandate to be completed and signed by the holder of the account to be debited and provide a RIB for this account.

(1) Guarantors not residing in France are accepted under the conditions of the Declaration of commitment of a personal end joint guatantor. VITALE is not accepted.

(2) Students who do not have a bank account in France will need to open an account after setting in; payment of the security deposit will be made in cash or by credit card on the day of your arrival at La MAISEL SudParis.

Please provide theses documents on the day of your arrival at La Maisel SudParis.

2 – MEMBERSHIP FORM

After validation, you will receive an acknowledgment email.

• if you try to start again by going back from your browser, you will receive an error message.

3 – DEPOSIT PAYEMENT

Your reservation will only be confirmed after the payment of €200 as a deposit,

• by check payable to MAISEL SudParis (indicate your first and last name on the back)

to be deposited at the MAISEL Reception with the copy of the acknowledgment of receipt of your form or to be sent by post with the copy of the acknowledgment of receipt of your form to :

4 – YOUR INSTALLATION AT LA MAISEL SUDPARIS

VERY IMPORTANT :

Keys will be collected by invitation only between Monday xx august to Saturday xx september.
This will be sent to you by email after receipt of your deposit.

The date and time of your invitation cannot be changed.

Come in person to the Maisel reception, 5 rue Charles Fourier – 91000 EVRY COURCOURONNES, don’t forget to bring your complet file.

For memory :

PLEASE NOTE : It will be essential to be punctual; If you are late for your inviation of your file is incomplete, you will need to make an appointment at a later date.

Moreover :

• Any possible delay must be notified to us by email: Without prior notification, if you have not arrived within 5 days of the specified arrival date, your reservation will be canceled.
• The arrival delay by notification cannot exceed 10 days, the reservation is no longer maintained beyond
