Video surveillance is in place at MAISEL in each common area of ​​each of the 7 buildings.

Purpose of the processing (purpose and legal basis) :

The MAISEL SUDPARIS Association, whose headquarters are located in EVRY-COURCOURONNES (91000) – 5, rue Charles Fourier, has placed its premises and its 7 buildings intended for accommodation under video surveillance in order to ensure the safety of its staff and its property. And to combat damage to the collective equipment and security devices present in the student accommodation buildings managed by MAISEL SudParis and against break-ins and burglaries observed and reported to the competent authorities. Images recorded in this device are not used for personnel surveillance or time control purposes. The legal basis for processing is legitimate interest (see Article 6.1.f) of the European Data Protection Regulation).

Data and categories of persons concerned:

Employees and members of the MAISEL SUDPARIS Association are filmed by the system. Occasional visitors to the company’s premises may also be filmed.

Recipients :

In the event of an incident, the images may be viewed by the President, the General Director, and the Technical Manager of the MAISEL SudParis Association, as well as by the President of the Student Union (BDE) and by law enforcement. The personnel of the Société Francilienne de Sécurité (SSA) responsible for equipment maintenance may also access the images, for this purpose only.

Shelf life :

The images are retained for one month.In the event of an incident related to the safety of people and property, video surveillance images may nevertheless be extracted from the system. They are then stored on another device while the procedures related to the incident are resolved and are accessible only to authorized personnel.

Rights of people :

You can access your data or request its deletion. You also have the right to object and to limit the processing of your data (see cnil.fr for more information on your rights).To exercise these rights or for any questions about the processing of your data in this system, you can contact the Executive Director of the MAISEL SudParis Association.
