IMPORTANT :
On June 18, 2026, the MAISEL Board Directors voted on following two points :
1.Prorating of the rent amount for both the arrival date and the departure date. (starting August 24, 2026)
2.A fee of €5 per month per student will be charged for household waste collection (starting September 1st, 2026)
The arrival date specified in your reservation is binding and you must arrive on that date to take possession of your accommodation.
- Without prior notification from you and if you have not arrived within 5 days of the stated arrival date, your reservation
Any change of arrival date must be notified in advance by email to infomaisel@imtbs-tsp.eu.
- Any postponement of the arrival date cannot exceed 10 days, after which the reservation will be cancelled.
