RENTALS FEES & PAYMENTS
1.Rentals fees
A fee corresponds to the price of providing fully equipped accommodation.
All charges (water, electricity and heating) are included.
You will receive your fee, in arrears, each month (at the end of the month).

2. Payments
Fees must be paid between the 05th and 07th of the following month.
You can choose from several payment methods:
- Direct Debit :
A form must be completed for Direct debit between the 05th and 07th of the following month
- Bank transfer:
Ask for our Bank details when you arrive at MAISEL SudParis
- Check :
Payable to MAISEL SUDPARIS
- Cash :
Only the first two months so that you can open a bank account.
