Une nouvelle application « Tickets Maisel » conçue par l’Association MiNET, que nous remercions, est à votre disposition pour nous informer d’un problème technique dans votre logement.

N’attendez pas que le problème s’aggrave pour nous informer !

Dès que vous constater un problème technique, mobilier ou autre, créer un ticket.

Nous ne manquerons pas de faire le nécessaire suivant la priorité des actions à réalisées par le service technique.

Tout ticket et/ou échange d’email pour une intervention autorise un technicien à entrer logement sans votre présence. Nous ne pouvons organiser les actions des 900 logements en prenant en compte la présence de chaque adhérent.
