Applications must be made on line and are recorded following to the "1st connected – 1st served" rule, depending on the availability of rooms and within the quotas validated by the Maisel SudParis Board of Directors for each cursus.
1. Make an admission application to the MAISEL SudParis
According to your cursus, select the appropriate admission procedure inside the Admission conditions section
2. Book a room
Once your application is validated, you will get your personal idents in order to authenticate to the reserved pages of the website; then, you will have to fill out an adhesion form which is required to book a room
Your booking will be confirmed upon a € 200 booking deposit (mandatory and not refundable in case of withdrawal)
3. Finalize your adhesion to the MAISEL SudParis
when checking in, you will have to :
provide the required documents to set up your Adhesion file
pay your security deposit
sign your lease contract
ADMISSION CONDITIONS
Having a guarantor is mandatory; foreign guarantors are accepted in respect to the conditions of the Guarantor commitment certificate to provide (see Adhesion file page)
The housing duration is set according to the cursus schedule; should it be the case, the duration can be extended on request at the Maisel office but can not exceed august 14 at the latest.
When you will book your room, the arrival date you will specify will commit yourself: This date could not be modified and the invoicing of your 1st rent will start from this date, even if you are late; you must check in by yourself on the arrival date you will have specified.
ADMISSION PROCEDURES

International students of IMT-BS or TSP (Specialized Master, Master of Science, Exchange, DNM)
