The MAISEL SudParis has over 890 beds in 7 buildings: 6 on the campus (buildings U1, U2, U3, U4, U5, U7) and one (building U6) at "Clos de la Cathédrale" in Evry city center.
The patrimony of MAISEL SudParis consists of 869 furnished apartments:
- 615 single studios from 15m² to 38m² with a kitchenette (crockery not included) and a private bathroom.
- 242 single rooms from 15m² à 17m² each room has a full bath with shower and closets.
- 12 flats from 65m² to 90m² (5 with 2 rooms and 7 with 3 rooms). Joint tenancy reserved for students who are school registred for more than one year.
All apartments are furnished and equipped with a fridge. Bedding include the mattress and its protection only. A full bedding kit is proposed (see Housing rates and MAISEL Practical information).
All apartments have a high speed broad band internet acces TV and wifi (adhesion fee charged by the association MiNET who manages the campus network).
Common rooms and facilities are at the disposal of the residents in each building (kitchens, dinning rooms, laundries, meeting rooms…see Living spaces).)

The 3 buildings U1, U2 and U4 join into one complex which address is 5, rue Charles Fourier. This complex contains 101 single studios: 62 of 15m² size in U1 (6 floors) and 39 of 21m² size including 20 studios in U1 (4 floors) and 19 studios in U2 (5 floors).
